Refund and Return Policy

Slinger comes with a lifetime guarantee for individual orders (this policy does not apply to business orders). You are welcome to return the product for a full refund at any time, if purchased from www.myslinger.com or an authorized retailer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs.  If the return is due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to discuss it with you.  Please review our Limited Warranty and contact us at support@myslinger.com

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN

1. Ship the products you would like to return to 941 N Coleman St #363, Prosper, TX 75078.
2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
3. We will process return in accordance with this Return Policy. A refund may take up to 30 business days to process to your account.

NOTE: There are no returns from custom-designed products.
